Our neighbor to the north of us, the one with the canoe rental business, came over with his tractor and chainsaw today and pruned our apple trees. He offered and we accepted. He thinks we should get much more fruit and I am going to try to eat them for this year rather then just feeding them to the deer and horses! Monet was into the entertainment and thought his tractor was VERY interesting.
Monet hasn't yet realized that she can put her winter hats away and simply wear her summer sun hats. She is constantly changing her hats and this one had me laughing out loud. She was determined to golf with it on.

You know, there's a woman down this way who bundles and sells apple wood for people to BBQ/slash smoke with. You might be able to make a little money from your prunings. People buy everything!
