Monet the Dancer

Today Monet started her dance class in Windsor. She did so well and was the cutest thing I have ever seen. I had a few tears in my eyes as she entered the studio and danced herself away from me. She listened well to the teacher and seemed to get along well with the other children. She had time both in her tap and ballet shoes and her brother was taking a nice nap until the tap shoes went on. Wow....fifteen little girls in tap shoes is a lovely and loud sound!!! She didn't want to leave and when we got home the first thing she wanted to do was put her tap shoes on!

He's a growin'!!

Sweet little Teelin is a growing boy! He officially has grown out of some clothes already. Kinda bittersweet for me I must admit. You want to see them grow, and as a breastfeeding mother...you really want to see them grow, but at the same time you don't want them to loose the tiny newborn features you long for during your pregnancy. There is just nothing like the smell, touch and magic of a newborn! Monet and I lovingly giving him a bath in the kitchen, one of her favorite activities.

Aunt Danielle sent Monet this most adorable flower fairy costume! It may re-appear for Halloween. And the appearance of dark circles on her eyes is because of paint on her hands. She must of rubbed her eyes at some point.

Teelin likes his new swing...it swings him to sleep even though it does swing a little hard on the lowest setting because he is a little guy!

October is Here...WOW!

Today we took a drive to Walpole and visited Alyson's Orchard. It is an enormous apple orchard that drives you out into the trees on wagons pulled by tractors. Teelin slept most of the time in the sling...amazing how much newborns do without ever knowing it!

Doobie wanted me to mention that Monet is wearing a Phillies hat and that they are kickin' butt in the playoffs!

Jeanne Shaheen was there filming some campaign footage and meeting and greeting. She was very approachable and friendly and we attempted to get a photo with her and Monet, but this is a close as we got.
